CrazyGoodAI provides software and automation tools that may include AI chat, AI lead forms, review monitoring, review response tools, SMS messaging, email marketing, loyalty campaigns, reporting, and related features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate and current information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Send spam or unlawful communications
- Violate privacy, consumer protection, or marketing laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Engage in deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent conduct
5. Messaging and Marketing Compliance
If you use CrazyGoodAI for SMS, email, review requests, or related communications, you are solely responsible for obtaining any required recipient consent and complying with all applicable laws, carrier rules, and platform policies.
You agree that Five Crown Enterprise LLC is not responsible for your compliance failures, message content, list practices, or customer complaints resulting from your campaigns.
6. Subscription, Trials, and Billing
We may offer free trials, promotional access, or subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other disclosed charges.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund past charges unless required by law or expressly stated in a written offer.

9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, graphics, workflows, documentation, and related materials provided by CrazyGoodAI are owned by or licensed to Five Crown Enterprise LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to content you upload or submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display such content as necessary to provide the services.
11. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Five Crown Enterprise LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your campaigns, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
